Words from guests who sailed with our team
Where a review comes from decides how it is printed. A public one from Google or Tripadvisor appears as a short excerpt, with the platform named, the date given and a link to the full text. A private message, such as a thank-you sent on WhatsApp, appears only with the guest's consent, signed with a first name and, where known, a country, and nothing more.
Excerpts are cut where the sentence allows, and an ellipsis marks the cut. The words inside are the guest's own, unaltered, and a rating is never rounded or lifted. A cool review stays cool. A single line of thanks stays a single line.
