Two weekdays a week, and a gap in January and February

Gandiva's open trip is one product: the three-day, two-night route from Labuan Bajo and back, sailing on Monday & Friday. A Monday sailing returns on the Wednesday. A Friday sailing returns on the Sunday. That pattern runs from March to December.

The first sailing on sale is Friday, 6 November 2026. The calendar below marks every date that is open for booking, 101 of them at the time of writing, and it updates as the boat's schedule does. Dates that are not on sale don't appear.

There is one break. The boat is docked for annual maintenance in January and February 2027, and sailings resume on Monday 1 March 2027, then carry on to the end of December.

A private charter follows no weekday rule. It starts on any date the boat is free, in the two-day, three-day or four-day length, and it is priced by party size rather than by seat. If you need a Tuesday or a longer stay, the charter page has the details.

The table lists the sailings month by month, with the seat fare for each cabin. Every fare is per person, two sharing, and each already contains a guide and the photo and video documentation. The park ticket, flights and hotels are separate lines.

A Monday brings you back mid-week. A Friday suits a calendar built round the weekend, with the third day landing on a Sunday. Both weekdays sail one route: Kelor, Manjarite and Kalong first, Padar through to Manta Point next, then Sebayur and Kanawa.

The sun moves across the year, and so does the shot list. The sun rises over Padar at 06:18 in July against 05:31 in November. At Kalong the sun sets at 17:57 in July and at 18:01 in November, and the table of months on the season page gives the rest. Let those two lines pick the month and the table pick the weekday.

Wind and tide, not the calendar, decide which stop comes when.

Three moves make a date yours. First, you send a date, a head count and the cabin you want. Second, we check with the boat and write back, attaching the cabin plan and the price for your sailing. Third, you pay the 50 percent deposit, and the date is fixed.

The balance is payable 30 days before you sail, though cash or the card terminal in Labuan Bajo also works on departure day. On top of that, a card link costs 3 percent, PayPal 7.2 percent and the terminal 3 percent.

Moving the date costs nothing if you tell us 30 days out. With 14 to 29 days left the cost is IDR 500,000, and shorter notice is handled as a cancellation. If the boat itself cannot sail, you choose between a substitute of the same class or better at no added cost, and a refund within 2 days (2×24 hours) once the conditions are met.
